The project is located in Jeddah, KSA. The project is mixed use. The land plot is approximately 7700 square meters. The building consists of a basement, a ground floor, a mezzanine commercial floor, three upper parking floors, a floor used as a restaurant, two service floors, an evacuation floor, sixteen floors as administrative floors, and twelve residential floors. The typical floor area is 2800 square meters. Bored piles are used to support the vertical load and lateral loads of the towers. The structural system of the floors is composed of flat plates. Reinforced concrete frames and cores are used to resist the lateral loads. The Chief Consultant of the project is DSC. The building was designed to the requirements of the latest American Standards. Bored piles were cast. Completing Skelton is anticipated in 2025.
